We often seek a friend whenever we have problems. After all, people always say "a friend in need is a friend indeed". We often share feelings with them. No matter if those feelings are good or bad ones. Whenever we are down with something, a true friend will always be there to lend a hand or shoulder for us to lean and cry on. Friendship means that we are going to be together to get through thick and thin, face any possibility, share the smiles and joy and even feel the pain of each other. Friendship also carries the meaning of understanding each other. Well, basically for me, friendship has taught me to be a real person and also to reveal more about myself and my own personality. Friendship is more like a treasure that I had kept ever since I was born into this world. Making friends is all I do in this world. I just couldn't find the total sum of my friends throughout these seventeen years of living; good friends, bad friends, jerk friends, brainy friends, bastards and scumbags friends, true friends, maniac and psychotic friends, blurry and nerdy friends, evil and mean friends, big and small friends. All sorts of friends and all kinds of people had come across in my life...:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

A true meaning of a friend is the ones who could make you burst into tears, the ones who could make you smile to you ear and laugh your heart out when you're happy and lend his/her shoulder to cry on when you're down and low. The ones whom you could trust to share feelings and tell all your love secrets, your crush, your family problems (I believe everyone has one), your likes and your hates without any shame. He/She would make you feel secure and comfortable to be around with. Definitely, this person is not faux. There's no more doubt that this is the friend that you have to seek for. Just like 'One In A Million'. Eventually for me, I have lots of friends. Superlative friends I would say.

'Our life is both a major and a minor key', Travis. Sometimes we'll be at the top and at any time we'll be at the bottom. We could be the major or the minor key or even the other way. Friends would definitely be either one of it. We most certainly need each other in all sorts of things.  Whether we're the melody, our friends would be the chords.

I've went through a few levels to survive in this provisionally world. I admit most of my friends are supportive but I would say that they are all lasses. Lads? Hah! They don't play the role in my success at all and they are not even in my list. The only lad that is very supportive and put his faith on me is my own brother. Oh well, he's my idol actually. Why? It's all because of his hard works and determination to pursue his own dreams and interests. On top of that, the axiom that I always hold as my principle of life is 'Never depend on others to get your job done' even in group work. I have applied it during my studies in class, in assignments and also on projects, as a result I able to gain good grades for all subjects and the satisfaction was crystal clear.
