1. Relay across the United States from New York City, NY, to Stanford, CA;

2. Associated cyber-event on Second Life; and

3. Rallies and press conferences in eight destinations:

New York City, NY – Oct. 25 (host – DebRA New York Support Group)

Philadelphia, PA – Oct. 25 (host – Thomas Jefferson University)

Cincinnati, OH – Oct. 26 (host – Cincinnati Children's Hospital)

St. Louis, MO – Oct. 27 (host – Washington University Medical Center)

Denver, CO – Oct. 28 (host – Denver Children's Hospital)

Salt Lake City, UT – Oct. 29 (host – area EB families)

Reno, NV – Oct. 30 (host – EB advocate Joseph Galata)

Stanford, CA – Oct. 31 (host – EBMRF / Stanford University Dept. of Dermatology)

13. Interest expressed by Doug Jardine of Profiles in Caring to create a Profile on the EB Relay; and

NOTE: "National Epidermolysis Bullosa Awareness Week" legislation was championed by

sponsors Congressman Timothy Bishop, Congressman Peter King, Senator Charles Schumer and

Senator Hillary Clinton.
