Florida.  How?  Requests baby.  Lots, and lots, and lots of them.  If a
local song meets all of the local radio stations formats, requirements,
and gets a lot of requests it's against the law for that local radio
station not to play that local song no matter how big this station is. 
I have heard this from many radio execs.  For more info check the last
