1. I'm an optimist that chooses to see the best in people, but that doesn't mean I think the world is perfect.
2. I have extremely lofty goals that I try to keep to myself, because I'm tired of being lectured about being practical.

4. When I was younger I thought it was a noble thing to let people take me for granted -- I don't think that anymore.
5. I can't remember the last time I felt stressed out... Burned out is another story.
6. I feel the most alive when I get choked up. I think people are beautiful when they cry.
7. I used to try too hard and I mistakenly thought that I had something to prove.
8. I wear girls' jeans because they fit me better.
9. Good Will Hunting really inspired me while I was in college, and I think I probably used it to justify not applying myself.
10. I agree with the assertion that there's more to learn from failures than from victories, but I still hate failing.
11. I appreciate people that are comfortable in silence.
13. I've made some extravagant wardrobe purchases including a leather Diesel jacket that was a limited run of 66, and two pairs of Mark Nason boots.
14. Growing up on the west coast I never would have believed that I'd be living in Texas, but I completely love Austin and feel at home here.
15. When I was younger I spent a lot of my time looking for fossils and four leafed clovers. I found a lot of them.
16. I'm a great hugger.
17. I've never been in a first fight, but I've broken up a few.
18. I take criticism with a positive attitude, but just to be fair I may give some back.
19. I have the best friends and family I could possibly imagine, and I'm deeply invested in their success.
20. Last Saturday morning I woke up in my bathtub. The water was freezing cold. I thought it was hilarious.

22. I'm interested in politics and enjoy debate, but I'm more concerned with finding common ground than winning an argument.

25. I love holding someone's hand. I love looking at the stars. I love to feel connected. I'm pretty sure that's all I really need.
