Downbeat is mistaking the name of the record label with the name of the album - COMMUNITY PROJECTS is the sister label to Carl Craig's PLANET E imprint.

This is a nice article! I am glad that Craig is keeping the music of Dad, Marcus, Phil and Wendell alive, by introducing it to new generations with a modern edge. Although, that music was ahead of its time anyway.
