Buccaneers 9-5-0

vs. Raiders (Lose=9-7)

Falcons 9-5-0
vs. Vikings (Lose=9-6)
vs. Rams (Lose=9-7)

Bears 8-6-0
vs. Packers (Lose=8-7 Win=9-6)
vs. Texans (Lose both=8-8; Win both=10-6; Win 1/Lose1= 9-7)

Under this scenario there will be 3 to 5 conference teams tied with 9-7 scores. How are tie scores for the Wild Card determined? It's quite a detailed process but it's clearly explained at MSN Fox Sports - NFL Tie Breaking Procedures

All of this just means that the Redskins have a very slim chance called a miracle. It's possible, but if any two of the above teams gain a score of 10 wins or if the Skins lose either of their remaining two games, this will eliminate them from the Wild Card contest.
