I'm realizing that positively spinning everything that is going on around me is working much better than all the other commentary that used to be my norm. Seeing the silver lining is sometimes more of a conscious effort, but is becoming more of a habit as I practice it.

...And for the things I have a tougher time with, I have to find the humor in it. I think we all go through a lot of the same stuff. Humor is the universal uniter. A smile or laugh, if even for a moment, helps improve us. Brain chemistry. Moments. Life.
