Got home a little while ago from walking and running on beach with Cassidy. The sun had set, lightning from the east lighting up the sky. I had strong emotions about the limited time Cassidy will be this age and enjoy her father splashing and running with her. Music fullltime, detracts from those moments. I hold them tight and will forever...
