Bonanza Presents:

The High Chaparral @ The Stag, 67 Fleet Road, Hamstead (FREE ENTRY)

Live acts:

D-66: One man, fire-breathing, whiskey guzzling, Blues sensation and self proclaimed winner of the Camden Crawl's 'Battle Of The One Man Bands' D-66 will tear up the stage of The Stag with his high-octane, Trash-Country-Blues.

Niall Quinn: When singer-songwriters seem to be ten a penny and usually bland at best, Quinn, with his cascading, Byrdsian harmonies and poignant, heart-wrenching lyrics, grabbed us by the straps of our cowboy boots and made us sit up and beg.

Following his recent, spellbinding set at Countrier Than Thou at The Lock Tavern Quinn, backed by the swooningly, transcendent vocal talent of Katie Harnett, will show us that there is more than a whiff of Dylan-esque charm to his stance and even a waft of The Boss at his most Country or perhaps Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris reunited once more. One to watch we think.

'Peaceful, organic folk pitched somewhere between Kid Harpoon and Gram Parsons..' Alex Miller - NME
