Current mood: rejuvenated
Akrin, OH
O.K. So we've been on the road a solid two weeks now, and already has much of our patience been tested. All the while keeping in mind the reward far outweighs the cost, in our humanity, we struggle keeping that reality dominate over our present emotion and attitude. Of course in the back of our mind we knew before we even came on the trip we we would be stretched by the Lord even beyond our usual willingness. Consider it pure joy he says. Yea, that would be nice. I guess in some ways we do however. Otherwise we wouldn't be here right? This trip really has been an unforgettable experience so far, that I wouldn't take back unless somehow forced. God has been moving at our demo's, in our relationships with each other, and individually, speaking and teaching, shattering all of our brilliant ideas we think we have about Him. I guess I should fill you in on where exactly we've been this last week. Last entry I believe I left you guys in Billings, Montana. I don't know if we've ever been blessed so much by a family. Once again, thank you Dan and Heather. So we left last week with a plan to charge it all the way to our next demo in Peru, Indiana. We got a little side tracked, stopping at Mt. Rushmore, then again in Minneapolis, for a quick session at the famous rainbow banks, and some authentic middle eastern food; amazing. The demo in Peru was awesome, Ross brought the word like a champ, marking the first time I got to witness the spirit flow through my brother in such a way. Next stop was our Dj's hometown of Akrin Ohio. We've had a chance the last couple days to recoop, and get our head back on. Tomorrow, we will be heading out for our first music festival of the season; 'Alive Fest 08'. Thats pretty much the concrete details for now. Keep us in your prayers as God continues to bend and break our hearts and to move in and around us every day. And may He lavish you in His peace abundantly more than you could ever desire. We love you all. -BFC
