So, since there still seems to be a lot of folks interested in the late Hurts to Purr, I'm posting this low, low-fi tape of a rehearsal at Music Lab. I'm guessing it was recorded last November since that's Danny Bennett playing lap-steel. He sat in with us for a few shows, including the CD release.

Turn up the volume on your speakers to hear the banter at the beginning and end. It's pretty funny. That's Jrm cracking wise--his cousin Miah was visiting that weekend and we drafted him to "take minutes" for the practice. Danny suggests we do Irene and Tom's on electric replying, "Oh, really."
