You can't get a job in conservation without previous experience, but you can't get relevant experience without a job! Sounds familiar? Then you should check out the Graduate Diploma in Conservation and Project Administration. This one-year course is a collaboration between the University of East Anglia and the international conservation organisation World Land Trust that will give you the essential mix of theoretical teaching and the practical management experience of working with an international charity, to equip you with the skills and experience conservation employers look for.
The taught part of the course takes place at University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK, with a work placement undertaken at the World Land Trust office in Suffolk alongside the taught modules.
When based in the World Land Trust office, you will have the opportunity to work with, and shadow, senior members of staff, giving you the opportunity to experience and explore many more aspects of the organisation than a purely academic course could allow.
