One thing I see from time to time is the labeling of atheists (by themselves) as secular humanists . What is that supposed to mean ?
The term atheist is defined as : One who disbelieves or denies the existence of God or gods. , nothing more and nothing less , being an atheist should not reflect on your upbringing , on your state of mind , on your honesty , on your integrity on your sense of justice , on your capacity for mercy and compassion or on any other facet of your social awareness and credibility  .
It is a common myth in a society dominated by theists that atheists cannot be trusted , that everything we say is assumed a lie ,that everything we do suspect . But since when have we as atheists assumed that morality = theism ???
I can accept it when theists assume this because they are delusional  anyways , but it's truly sad when an atheist succumbs to this kind of lie , bends to the pressure and labels themselves a secular humanist . Being an atheist is nothing you should be ashamed of , nothing we should try to conceal , nothing we should feel rude to mention and it is not a belief  . So please stop being cowards , just  confront those who judge you and accept the fact of who you are , and never ever let anyone pressure or bully you into hiding it .
