Hi thanks to Melodic Hard Rock Today in Norway for this great review!!!

Dream Aria is a new acquaintance for me, and I have had this album for some weeks now and the more I listen to it the better it gets! To describe Dream Aria musically is a bit hard, but their music include everything from Rock, Techno, Progressive, Classical, Symphonic, New Age, Goth, and World music. So it was bit of a challenge when I sat down for the first time and started to listen to the album. With all the different styles of musical landscapes I needed a bit of time to get familiar with the music, and what a great album this is! The Rhythm Of Now opens the disc, and from this moment you have to sit back and enjoy creativeness, musicality and musicians of high caliber, and with Ann Burstyn..s fantastic vocals on top you will be taken on a musical journey who stands forward as unique and special in today's rock world. On this first track we are presented to fine guitar playing, great keys and the soaring vocals from Ann is just stunning to listen to! A great melody and a strong chorus takes this song to a top level. Labyrinth sounds a bit tougher with a progressive touch, but throughout we are served to different styles and tempos. The vocal melody and chorus is great and the instrumental details will keep you entertained. The title track Transcend is a more experimental song compared to the two first. A mystic opening lead the way to a song who sound like a mix between techno, world music and rock. A dreamy song with beautiful vocals and also here you will notice the instrumental details with cool sounding guitars, great keys with a great atmosphere. Serpent Nile opens with guitar and keys, the mix between the emotional dreamy to the tougher parts with more guitar is delicate, and Ann..s vocals takes this song to a high level. Pandora..s Prelude is a short beautiful instrumental that leads us to the next song Pandora..s Box. A more straight forward song and one of my favorite songs on the album. A huge melody with stunning vocals and the instrumental performing with the guitars and the floating keys is a pleasure to listen to! The different parts in the song from the more up tempo guitar oriented to the slow emotional keep me as listener entertained. Rebecca is a pearl of a song, a slow beautiful emotional song with vocals that will melt many hearts. Tigress is one of the songs that in a way describe many of the styles from Dream Aria. Here you have the emotional in the start, that switches to a more new age, new wave style and who goes over to a more rock oriented style at the end with tougher guitars. In between all this you have electronic elements and great vocals who you will love after some rounds in the player. The Secret is a cool song, I like the bass playing in this, and the guitar solo is really great and with the floating keys and Ann..s fine vocals on top this sounds just fantastic! Compassion is a really beautiful song and with acoustic percussion, the soft delicate guitar work and Anne..s vocals I got hooked on this immediately! The last song Flower Duet, is the only track not written by Dream Aria but by Leo Delibes. A great version with cool vocals and great guitars, and this version of this known song will get attention from a broad audience. If you looking for music that takes a step away from the ordinary in today..s music world you have to take your time and check out Dream Aria! 99/100
