Overall we played incredibly strong all day, pushing down both sides of the field and getting alot of kills every game. In the preliminary matches, except for one against Divine PB, we had all three bodies on the field when we hung the flag-which I think surprised most of the team. After the upset during the game against Warzone(where only two of their players had showed to the deadbox when the game started), we were 4-0 until we went up against Divine PB.  They played smart and took out all of our guys. At the end of the prelims we were 5-1, in the top two of our bracket along with Warzone.

In the finals it was Divine PB, Warzone, GSE, and Haywire to battle it out. In the first of our three games, we played Haywire. They came out shooting, taking out two of our bodies while only losing one; and then continuing to do a two-man runthrough on our last guy. The last two games were against Divine and Warzone.  Against Divine, the GSE players shot all three bodies and hung the flag. In the final game, our hopes were high for our team to beat out the returning winners for the first time in the 08 3man tournament series. GSE lost one off the break, and the last two kept it crossed from the snake can and inside dorito. The inside dorito player shot out Warzone's snake player, and ran down the field to shoot out their D1 player and their snake corner, giving us the hang with two bodies alive.  In the Finals we went 2-1, coming in first place and beating out Warzone by a mere 10 points and clinching the first ever novice win for GSE!
