What's good people. Sorry its been a minute since I updated my blog. Let's begin with what is finished. The Emilio Rojas and MPhazes album titled "Phaze One" is finally finished. Well the mixing is finished. MPhazes is actually in town from Australia. He has spent countless hours with me in the studio putting the final touches on the mixes. The end result I believe is a classic and I'm very fortunate to be working on such a great album. Second, Donny Goines debut album is getting into the mixing stages. Again, I feel very lucky to be working on this cause if you don't know, you will, Donny is the hardest working artist in my opinion. I'm sure some won't agree but this guy did everything with nobodys help and that's how I know he will come out on top. Again, another classic. Now to some big news, I have officially been asked to engineer the new yet untitled album for Capital recording artist Mims. This past week was the first of many recording days so I will keep everyone updated. The new studio has been a blessing. Since its opening we have been booked nonstop and we have had lots of walkthroughs by both indie artists and industry folk alike. The response from the moment they walk in is extremely positive and I can only see it getting better. So enough typing so I can get back to my session.
