Having watched the first two episodes of Heroes season 3, here are my thoughts;

MACK

a) After faffing about with gay viruses and Parkman's father issues, we're finally back to having a good old fashioned planet-fucking catastrophe to deal with. Hooray!
b) Sylar's eyebrows; now more menacing than ever.
c) Mr Muggles; a reassuring constant in a cruel and often chaotic world.
d) Ando powers up; after spending two seasons of having to put up with Hiro's shit, he's finally gonna start KICKING SOME ASS.
e) Linderman returns, even if no-one is entirely sure how or why.
f) Claire is no longer dicking around with some dipshit pretty boy and his fruity powers of flight.
g) No more appalling fake Irish accents. Hopefully ever.

WACK

a) Suresh goes all Jeff-Goldblum-In-The-Fly; I can handle it if homeboy wants some poontang, but leaping all over the place with his shirt off makes him look, well, stupid.
b) Sylar poking around in Claire's brains; sick and wrong, and not even in a good way.
c) Steadily-worsening dialogue; "That's all behind me now like a night after a bad taco." Pardon?
d) Nathan finds God. WTF!?!
e) Evil Peter seeming more like a bad impersonation of Keanu Reeves in The Matrix. Dude.
f) The depressing knowledge that even if they try REALLY hard, it will never be as good as season 1. *Sigh*

Hmmmm. Maybe we really are better off with Lost.
