I guess I should get the sad news out of the way first.  Ben has decided that it is time for him to leave Inspector Owl.  He is going to be playing a lot with his new band Geronimo! and wants to concentrate on that.  None of this was on bad terms at all.  We still hang out and talk about our facial hair.

So yes, that leaves Jesse, Bobby and myself.  We had been writing songs for a full length.  We have decided to scrap most of what we had been working on and start over.  Those songs were songs that we had been working on with Ben and Kara as integral parts of the band.  With both Ben and Kara gone we decided to put those songs to a rest.  We did demo a big chunk of them and will be putting the demos up as free MP3's  once they are done. 

In the meantime the now three piece Inspector Owl is starting over and working on something new.  We probably won't play a show in the near future, but shows will happen.  We just want to write some music that we love, and love playing them.
