whole. body. aches. shit.

garry and i just came back from an insane weekend of almost too much BBQ, beer, booze, babes, boyz, and Beyond Pix  - the company that hosted us broke rockstars at their compound at NASCAR @ Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, CA.

Beyond Pix booked us to play at Cougar Mt. Campground just next to the raceway last Friday, and we rocked SO hard that we were talk of the campground and all the other campgrounds over the other hills and over that one.

so by popular demand, we played AGAIN on saturday night, which brought a huge drunken crowd cramped into something of a "venue", squared in by 6 RVs.

it was freeeeeezing out when we played, but that didnt' matter. things quickly warmed up for us with plenty of jaeger flowing, some flood lights, and a ton of drunken love from the dudes and gals of the NASCAR world.

then, as we busted out the bittersweet ballad "Glory", garry dedictated the song to our troops, and that hushed the crowd and let me just belt and let the gruff of too much alcohol in my throat do it's job and tear up some heart strings. it was the best crowd to sing that song to, and you bet we'll be recording it later this year for you all to hear in all it's...uh...ha, glory. :)

the daylight only brought brief respite, with awesome greasy sports grub and plenty of beer and more jaeger and other nasty, but oh so good, hard liquor shots. it was a party fo' sho', and we LOVED it.

we WILL be posting pictures SOON, we promise. we just wanted to give a shout out to our new fans and friends, and especially to Ray, Ben and Albert and everyone else at Beyond Pix for letting us ROCK one of the biggest sporting events we've ever had the pleasure of attending and playing at.
