I have given up shoelaces, spotted dick pudding, Mazda Miatas, Rick Astley music, high knees and fur covered hoodies.  Whew its going to be a rough 40 days!

You should of challenged yourself a bit and given up polyester jump suits, watching synchronized swimming marathons on TV, and kazoo playing in the bathroom. Good luck anyway.
