Wow!!! Is there anything one can NOT find on the internet?
I use the acronym PHT or PHaT (Peace, Harmony and Tranquility) to describe the most optimal state of mind one can achieve, and decided to see if anyone else had similar thoughts, or the same acronym to describe something different.
