Here are the details:

Doors open at 9:00
Load in Beofre 10:00
Tell fans to be there by 10:30
First band at 11:00 sharp
Second band at 12:00
Third band at 1:00
(if it's a 4 band night then everything gets moved up 30 minutes earlier)

play a 35-45 minute set

Bands split 100% of the door (cover is $5.00 on 3 band nights)
Out of town bands get a higher % than local bands to cover travel
Sell merch if you want
Bands get some band beers
There is a place to stay if you need it - ask at the beginning of the evening.

We promote shows but bands are encouraged to promote hard as well - it does make a difference - posters, flyers, handbills, bulletins, event posts and more.
