I've been getting a lot of bulletins lately that I thought were really strange. Most recently, I got a bulletin from my friend Rose that had the subject "Hey everyone............"

It was strange enough to use that as a subject. Here's the content:

"add my friend, she's new to myspace - [link to supposed friend's page]"

I followed the link, and it went to a page that simply looked like this:

owned

That "You must be logged in to do that" thing on the right side is a blatant phishing scheme. Don't put your username or password in there! I looked at the code behind that particular one. It's some dude in France that's just collecting myspace user login information through harvesting methods like this.

My friend Rose's account has been hacked, and I'm sure there are a lot more people who've also been hacked.

Bottom line: if you're in doubt, change your password.
