Darkness is the shadow or absence of the light. It is ok to explore the darkness. Be mindful when entering the darkness, as you may begin to tell yourself that only darkness exists, that there exists no light. The danger is you may blind yourself when the light does shine through. To avoid this, always keep the light close. Feel it. Embrace it. We were all born into the light. Our path is the light. Even in shadows. Even in the absence of light. Positivity and negativity are one.
