1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?   I read something other than Harry Potter, and LOVED IT! I also went to NYC for the first time and saw Equus
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? i tried... i guess I knida did keep it (although not much, as i only lost like 5 pounds) and this year I'm going for saving money for the 2010 Stevens family cruise
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? my cousin had a baby in May

4. Did anyone close to you die? my great grandmother died on Dec. 3 at the age of 105.

5. What countries did you visit? none other than the USA, i wanted to get back to England though (unless getting lost in CHinatown of NYC counts, than I went to China! lol)

6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008? money and someone special to vent to

7. What dates from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? November 12~ the day I started reading Twilight  December 3~ The day my great grandmother died  Dec. 8~the day we buried her  Oct. 25~ the day I saw Dan Radcliffe in Equus and was close enough to actually touch him (but didn't uz i was scared of his HUGE bodyguard guy) October 16~ the day I shot my first deer, which was an 8 point buck, with my brother's muzzeloader in my favourite tree stand (which is the same gun and stand he used to kill his first deer, which wasa buck too)

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? lasting a whole week without my mum while she was on a business trip (my dad isn't someone I like being stuck with for more than a few hours, no matter how much i love him, and my siblings didn't do anything to help around the house, so it was me being daughter, sister and mom for a week, it sucked).  Getting my first deer (an 8 point buck)
9. What was your biggest failure? dunno.  i don't think i totally failed at anything, not yet

10. Did you suffer illness or injury? i had a really bad cold around the time my great grandmother died, but nothing horrid

11. What was the best thing you bought? The complete Twilight series and my Chanel purse with matching wallet I got in NYC

12. Whose behavior merited celebration? mine i think, i had to handle a whole bunch of crap this year

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? my sister..... spoiled selfish brat is what she is

14. Where did most of your money go? Hot Topic and the gas station

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Twilight movie and my trip to NYC to see Equus, and Spring Awakening

a) happier or sadder? depends on what we're talking about
b) thinner or fatter? thinner, but only by like 5 pounds (and not from the region i wanted them to disappear from)
c) richer or poorer? poorer, NYC is really expensive! 

18. What do you wish you'd done more of? shared my emotions and thoughts

How will you be spending Christmas? i always go to all three sets of grandparents (my mum's parents are divorced and both remarried), although we only open presents at my mum's parents places, and then we go to my dad's mom's (my grandather died when i was 6) on sunday and spend the whole day there, Christmas lasts like 4 days in my family, by the time you get everywhere and eat and open presents at tham all

22. Did you fall in love in 2008? only with Edward Cullen (I still have trouble with the fact that he's afictional character, he's everyhting I have aways wanted in a man)
23. How many one-night stands? none.

24. What was your favorite TV program? Ghosthunters, Family Guy

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?  I don't think so

26. What was the best book you read? other than the HP books I read over and over, the Twilight Saga, all 4 are really good, with New Moon being my fav!

28. What did you want and get? new tv for my room (the Hello Kitty tv i got when i was 10 HAD to go!)

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? i turned 19 and i went to work and hidth efact that it was my b-day until one of my best friends squeled on me!

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008? coral skinny jeans, Twlight tees and my neon orange lo rise converses.. in other word, WEIRD!

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Rob Pattinson... MMMMM SEXY MAN!  and Dan Radcliffe, like always

38. Who was the best new person you met? it wasn't realy meeting someone for the first time, but we actually got to know each other (we were more like distant aquantinces) and now we're really close
