So, saturday (10.13.07) I will be making a live album in Johnstown.  Brandon Locher is going to be recording the music and Jacob Koestler will be photographing the set for the album's artwork.
The venue is a benefit show for a local girl who's suffering a collapsed lung, pneumonia, and burns on 50% of her body.  All proceeds from the show are being donated to her family in hopes of providing some ease to their monetary burden--  and also, as is the function of all benefit events, to create the support and hope that are demonstated when people come together for a common purpose.
At the show, I will be taking donations of any amount along with a sign-up list for anyone interested in the album.  All donations from the album will go directly to the family (I will be paying the pressing costs so that all donations go where they deserve to go.)  Following the show, the recording will be cut into tracks, pressed, and mailed out to everyone on the list.  The album will be a release under the My Idea Of Fun Artist Collective......hope this turns out well...hope to see you at the show...thanks for reading...
