2009 opens with a not so good news. First off, we extend our deepest sympathy to all the victims of the flash flood that hit our city. The family of Francis Ramos wasn't exempted as they, too, were also hit badly, but thankfully they are all out of harm's way.

Secondly, we are very sad to inform everyone that John "Mike" Cando will be leaving The Superflirts temporarily for some highly undisclosed reasons. We know very well that his hiatus is for his own well-being, and we strongly support his decision as his brothers. The date of his return though is still up in the air but we are very positive that it will be sooner than expected.

And lastly, we are all very busy right now with school, day jobs, and personal priorities that needs tending. Maybe it won't be the same anymore as in the past years that you get to see us often live and complete, but rest assured that we are still here continuing what we started despite all these setbacks. As for now, the only thing we could do is move forward for the betterment of all.
