Last night we wrapped up drum tracks for the new Under the Flood record. sick. It's the only way that I can begin to describe them. Drummer Ken, formerly of Deepfield, crashed and bashed his way through the tracks as if he were in a cage match with a bunch of angry badgers. The beautiful Sonor's that Kevin Murphy (Tonic, Josh Gracin) brought up, never stood a chance. Andy Waldeck and Kevin producing. I would have loved to have had a couple extra days to tweak and nudge and perfect but the tracks sound stellar as is!

Mike and Chris (both of Cinder Road) were in demo'ing a new batch of songs! What should have been a quick few days ended up being stretched out with us getting stuck on the mountain in a snow storm! Plenty of booze but we forgot food. I think we'll be doing this again in the near future- thank god its spring!

Isaac James (Joel of Stone Sour) guitarist Gil Cole flew out from Kansas City for a few days to finish tracking guitars for the record. Wish the whole band could have come out- next time! Record is almost mixed!

Oh yeah- Charm City Devils have been added to the Cruefest tour this year! Let's hear a Hell Yeah for these guys! Motley Crue, Drowning Pool, Theory of a Deadman + Godsmack! Sounds like summer mayhem to me!

I've got a couple of KIX shows coming up in the future- west coast and mid-west. Really looking forward to being with those guys again!
