Mykke from Doomradio.net....
”This was the second time I had seen this band, and they are without a doubt one of the more entertaining
acts around ....L.A..... period. Here we go again with the comparisons -- I'm going with Cattle Decap meets the
Pixies meets some band that's kinda funky I don't know -- Himsa, I guess. Vocalist Jon and guitarist Daniel
have got to be the biggest wise-asses in metal -- and when you're still playing at 2:00 a.m. and talking the
kinda shit these guys like to do you better be fucken funny as hell -- but they get away with it 'cause they're
abso-fucken-lotely solid tight as fuck, and their drummer Chris is the next coming of Neil Pert, and the bass
player Michelle was the only master of the low-end that I could even hear all evening. It must be because she
stood on the left side of the stage, while the right-side seemed to have a curse on it -- or maybe I just noticed
more because she was so much better lookin' than the rest of 'em -- anyhow to sum it up they kicked much ass!”....

“Next in the Lounge arrived the crazed geeks of The Dolemite Project -- good if you dig the mathier, jerkier wing of metal, which I don’t especially. The drummer hit with real cherry-bomb impact, though.”....

Next is the Dolemite Project. WOW! I’m impressed—a metal-punk infection that rapes my eardrums with brutal delight. I can’t say anything more about these guys except they are now on my list of local favorites. Word fucking up!....
