"YOU CANNOT FAIL WITH A PLAN"

WANTING success isn't sufficient enough to get it.

Everyone WANTS it.

Wanting is not enough!!

You have to ask yourself,

"What am I going to do to get the things I want?"

"What sacrifices am I willing to endure to reach my goals?"

The question you must ask is, "what must I do to get from where I am now to the goal I intend to reach"

You CANNOT fail with a definite step-by-step plan,

because each step carries you along to the next step, like a track.

All you need is the plan, the road map,

and the courage to press on to your destination.

Most people do Not plan, and therefore do not reach their goals.

OR they DO plan and then dont stick with the plan!!!

How do you plan?

* Sit down and DECIDE what days and times you WILL work out. Then do it.

* Put together a nice weight training program complete with repetitions, weight etc..and log it as you progress

* Get rid of the foods in your pantry that may tempt you.

*Go to the store and stock up on healthy snacks, fruits, and veggies and
before you run out,buy more. if you have to go to the grocery store
every other day, then so be it.

* Plan you meals daily based on your schedule.

*Bring food with you if needed.

* Keep healthy snacks in your desk, car, purse etc for emergencies

* When going out to eat, look up the resturant/items that you may want and check the stats on it BEFORE you go.

*look at food labels before you eat certain foods. Be aware of what goes in your mouth.

*Dont eat food that isnt on your plan for the day.

Keel a food journal to help you track and be aware of what you are eating.

* Get those items only. Dont go off the plan by indulging in sugary drinks, bread basket, appetizer.

*weigh in weekly.

*make changes where neccesary.

*Plan each day. take it day by day, meal by meal.

You cant "HOPE" that you make good choices today or get that workout
in. it doesnt work that way. You will not reach your goals this way.

*If you refuse to keep a food journal, you may not succeed in your goals, or may be confused as why you cant reach your goals.

*If you "think" you are eating wisley at the resturant, there is a
chance you are not..you MUST check the stats on the food items. Even
chicken can be unhealthy at a resturant!

*If you keep unhealthy foods in your pantry, there is a chance that you
may end up eating them, there fore getting you off track of your goals.

*If you dont keep healthy food with you, you'll end up grabbing fast
food, conveinence food, or end up eating more later that evening.

*If you just go with the flow, there is a big chance dome items may
sneak in that may balance you out at the end of the week, instead of
losing weight.

Healthy diet and exercise dont come naturally. You have to work, plan and keep it fresh in your mind at all times.

You have a goal. You must make reaching that goal a top priority, not at the bottom of the list, if you wish to succeed.
