Manifestation is one of the most powerful tools in the universe.  Using the tools of visualization and faith we can accomplish great things through the laws of attraction.  I personally have seen amazing things manifest in my life by using these principles and concepts.  There is a loving God that over sees our lives, and if we ask for things to manifest that are in alignment with our soul's purpose, we will be granted exactly what we need.  To often we become overly fixated on what we want or the form in which the gift will arise.  We forget to trust in the Great Architect and his plan for us on earth.
