Hello everyone!

As some of you know, this fall has marked the end of a long period of time off for me. New concerts are being added regularly to the mix and I'm super excited about what's ahead.

Just a quick rundown...

This winter I'll be going back into the studio with a really good friend of mine, Daniel Bashta (he's in my top friends, check him out). You might recognize his name from the "Worship @ Workplay" concerts we've been doing together in Birmingham on a regular basis.

He and I will be doing a concept record, for now entitled "CONSOLATION/DESOLATION", that we've been working on together for the last couple of months. The release date will most likely be some time in the Spring.

The recording process will start as soon as we're both back from the two week trip we're making to China to help with some of the earthquake recovery efforts.

Also, during my time off I've had the opportunity to record some instrumental music for some smaller film projects and I decided to make those tracks available to you all in the form of an EP entitled "Exiles Part 1".

I'm in the middle of mixing the songs down but I went ahead and put a rough mix of one of the tracks in my player for your listening pleasure. The level is a little low because of it being a "rough" but just turn it up and enjoy. The song is called "Children" and is one of the 4 ambient tracks that will make the EP.

Hope you all are doing well!

I am looking foward to a new album. I am excited too. Will you be near where Jamie and Christina are living now in China? We miss you, my brother. Thanks for the awesome worship you brought to us. The new team is doing well. I sent Linda H a notice about your concert in Alexandria. She and Ron have recently moved there and are pastoring a church. How were your Mom and Dad after Gustav. I know BR was beat up pretty bad.

I'm so excited to hear that you will begin working on a new album. I have listened to Open more since it's release date than any other album in that time. Every song on it has blessed me and my family. I can't wait to see what God does through you again.

And the rough mix of Children...I can't get enough of it.
I just keep playing it over and over!!! Fantastic!
