it is one of the reasons that I don't bother trying to meet members of the opposite sex on the street..

if you are not in a place like church where God is in the mix or a nice, clean social spot where there is no hint of a sexual tension, I am not bothering..

Especially when there are plenty of drama-free places online like Hi5.com, Blackplanet.com and MySpace.com

 

when society turned all females, girls and women into prey..

and many boys, males (and a growing number of gay and bisexual females) have started being on thie hunt for free sexing without regard for the person attached...

the days of courtship and respect are a memory in society except for church where the madness is not allowed to dominate without stiff resistance..

you can't wear a sign on your sidewalk sign on your body declaring your noble intentions to truly know them and such..

there is too much bad things going on for them not to be hypervigilant..

I don't envy the females/girls and women of the world..

I pity them a great deal and pray for them...

cause life is not supposed to be like this...

LOL, man.........nigga, you know good n damn well you could of JUST said "how are you doing today" . By adding that extra line "I like your outfit, it looks good on you" you just presented yourself to come off like the AVERAGE NIGGA. If your just being so called RESPECTFUL to a woman, just say hello and leave all that extra shit out. LOL, im not cosigning on this one, LOL. We may go back like fatbacks in car seats but you ought to know that the compliments of anything that has to do with the body and clothes do compliment the body should get you either lucky or the cold shoulder. Till this day, I haven't experienced a sista just giving me any abrasive behavior when I just say hello or gave small talk. Yes I've seen the behavior and I know its there but I also see that emotion in women getting triggered by the usual damn lines. The relations that music, niggas and TV have set for our sistas dont leave them to be open to any man. To be frank with you, I dont blame them one bit. No matter how good you, I, and other brothers are to woman, you just cant front and say that the good out weighs the bad enough to mend the bond black men and black women have in this day and age. We went from promoting queendom and raising the self consciousness of black woman in the 70's to mid 90's to referring them as bitches and having them poking they ass up in every fuckin thing imaginable from mid 90's to now. You just cant shake it man, MEN ruined the bond that we all should have. Its to the point to where shorties are PROUD of being a bitch and calling themselves head bitches in charge n shit and what most young girls (23 and under) go for is the negative line, like you stated at the end of your comment. We got these girls acting backwards. The only way to fix it is for all dudes to reverse how they treat or project women and we all know that aint happening. Simply put, there is no trust in all sistas when a brotha just want to give a compliment. There is a big difference in saying "your pretty" and saying "your sexy" or "hello" and "hello, I like the outfit you are wearing it looks good on you". If those comments are all about respect for another "human" as you say, then I wonder why we never compliment brothas for wearin a tight ass lrg jacket or a bangin pair of timbs.......I mean brothas are humans too right. LMAOOOO!! Face it, if you talk to another female and compliment what they wear, there is somewhat of an interest there and you know if she answered back in a positive manner you wasnt gonna let that go........And dont you lie and say you would, foo!! lol. You would of been tryin to exchange numbers and she knew that. Dudes are predictable due to the fact that they all do the same thing. I never was like that, my brother and my close friends aren't like that and we never came across negative behavior. I know for the most you didnt mean to come off as a disrespectful brotha but face it, in order for a sista to feel 100% safe around us, we gotta dumb it down to just saying hello. lol, what happend to just saying hello. Is just saying hello a fruity thing. Me and my friend Tasha was at 7 eleven and this dude tried to holla at her and asked her if she had a boyfriend she said no nicely. This fool pulled out his gun over that shit. This happened to her twice........Now do you see what i mean as to why women just dont trust brothas no more. lol.
 

Yea i feel what you sayin on this 1 regis, and i agree with you on the way we(us as males) have fucked it up for the way females act towards us..but there are some females that you can just say hi 2 and its still a bullshit smackin of the teeth or they act like they dont hear you and all that shit...Im just like dont throw all us men under the same boat w/o knowin a nigga...
 

Yeah, I know what you sayin. I know those sistas who do get shit faces over greetings are out there. So I dont totally disagree with what you say. I tell you what tho, I tell you what REALLY gets under my effin skin. When a sista gives a brotha attitude for spitting game but when some crumby ass whiteboy spit game they are so fuckin nice to them. They may not say yes, but they do have a better attitude towards white boys in general. I seen some real beautiful sistas do that ENDLESS amounts of times at my last job. Im talkin at least over 8 times, and I know it was more than that. Im like a hawk on that ish, I been studying that nature for the longest and I always wanted to know why they do that shit. Its messed up that brothas gotta get that negative shit FIRST. I mean we do bare the same skin tone right?
