We have been struggling on practice, everyday work and getting shows lined up. It has been a hard struggle on the band and we are all going to take a break and realign the goals of the band. Sorry for any inconvenience this sets. But it may be the end of the Fist. More news to come as events transpire. We've had some great times and have worked with many great people over the years... All will be missed dearly.
