I heard from my republican friend re: this post - and made me realize just how important this is to everyone. and of course it should be. I tried to stand neutral (well I'd better, i can't even vote) but the chaos and disorder for the past years made me real frustrated. I do live here and I prob will for the rest of my life, and the direction of this country makes me NOT want to do so.

you're right on about the news, man - as much as I try to get myself informed by alternative/diverse news sources, it makes me nervous to think that the majority of public is being fed with this BS. and isn't that what led people on the video to make comments like those?

in what I wrote back to my republican friend i said "we should be able to disagree without hating each other"
and I know it's hard when the issue is so close to our hearts, but we cannot tolerate the climate
in which people gather around and claim that A RAPE VICTIM SHOULD DIE.
