i got to visit with one of my long time best friends cori and her 2 little girls yesterday. i love spending time with cori, b/c she cracks me up. AND she's the hostess with the mostest. AND she's a great mom to her little girls, AND she's just one of the greatest people i know.

then i got to visit with erica and help mail out a bunch of cd's and dvd's from the Passion house. the most popular orders seem to be louie's "Indescribable" talk. i mean, there were a bunch of other cd's and books and dvd's that people ordered, but i think i packaged about 30+ of those suckers. and then i played "do you know...?" with 2 people i met yesterday, only to find out that these 2 new dudes and i share like a bajillion common pals. get out!!!!!! disney would make a million more $'s a year if a soundtrack was made of my life, b/c the lead track would be - it's a small world afterall...

then i headed up to cumming to spend some good hours with some excellent people in practice for sunday morning worship. i feel so blessed and thankful and sort of going - what am i doing??? i feel like a fish out of water when it comes to this, even though i have been leading and singing for over, gosh... 12 YEARS now. this means several things:
-i'm getting older (i found 3 partially white hairs right after the kpco retreat. i almost fell over in depression right then and there, but then i got over it... yesterday. jay kay. bnr. that's a total of 5 now. GASP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
-i know a LOT of worship songs
-i get to LEARN more worship songs
-i have gotten to meet a bunch of crazy awesome people over time
-God is moving all across this nation and world, in various settings
-He is THEEEEEE ONLY reason we sing or play or write or hum and whistle, folks. you dig me?
