i would like to personally thank all of you who participated in Brendan's Fund this year. it was a huge success. also, i've been one of the music coordinators for many years and i've never seen a "band of bro's" gell like all you guys did this year. so to tyler summers, R3, stunt ditch, the smiles project and chuck treece, hearts out to ya all. (and junk)

i'm not just a cancer member, i'm a survivor. brendan doesn't have the chance to stand next to me, he is somewhere else right now. it's the person that he was that fuels the event every year. brendan was you, brendan was me. brendans life ended way too early but, thanx to his mom and others, families will be sheilded by some of the unexpected costs that arise from caring for a child with cancer.

Brendans Fund is an organization that helps families absorb some of the cost that will inevitably accumulate while caring for a child with cancer. These costs include utility and phone bills, meals away from home and overnight stays near hospitals just to name a few. This years "BRENDAN" will be held on August 19, 2006 at 30th st beach in Avalon, N.J.. The events will be as follows:

All day surf contest 6:30am- 4:30pm
there are no complimentary wake up calls so be on time for your heat!
