Firstly, a quick thanks to all of you who came down last week and caught the excellent sets from Thomas J Speight, Jessica Staveley-Taylor and Emily Creed. Once again, there were whispers of it being one of the best ever nights ...it was certainly a real treat !

A welcome return for Lewis Garland & The Kett Rebellion, a very contemporary young folk band who play their excellent songs with wit and attitude. Plus ! The lovely Brooke Sharkey (and her amazing voice and songs ) returns fresh from her travels in Europe, and excellent Glasgow-based singer-songwriter Adriana ventures South after a series of acclaimed gigs at the Edinburgh fringe. Lovely music in a beautiful venue...a whole evening of it too ! And just a fiver on the door. Please join us if you can. Steve xx
