Dear Citizens,
I humbly request that you vote for Ali Ebadi (Cheffie Chef) for president of the US in the upcoming 2008 elections. We all know that voter apathy (around 50% in 2000) is caused by the fact that the people of this country feel that their situation will not dramatically or even significantly change no matter who they vote for…and this perception is true. ..:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
The major fallacy is that someone from a major party can make changes…they cannot (and will not) Both Obama and McCain are members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and the Trilateral Commission (TLC) , both groups seeking to reduce national sovereignty (to allow multi-national businesses and financial institutions to gain even more influence and power). Both were nominated because they are entrenched in the system and wuill advocate advancement of the system (American hegemony in a world government).
Before Dubya (CFR) was Clinton (TLC, CFR), who while pretending to be a friend of the masses, passed legislation that allowed the boom of Corporate Media takeovers during his administration (think AOL/Time Warner, Viacom & BET, etc). Before him was Bush Sr. (TLC, former director of the CIA) . and Reagan (TLC), two of the biggest supporters of big business and the richest elite of America.
As you can clearly see, neither Democrat nor Republican care about helping the majority...only themselves, and their big businesses that control the most of the world's economies (and give them such large campaign donations). This situation has deteriorated to the point that media coverage and public opinion of politics has meshed: Only the TWO major parties can save us; can do for Americans. Both Presidential candidates were picked by their respective parties because they either agree with the rich (Mc Cain) or can be persuaded by personal interests (Clinton) or are dumb enough to be manipulated (Bush).
Outside an armed revolution, voting is the only way to effect regime change. We must show that the independant parties/ideas have a voice and that that voice is powerful. It won't be in 2008...won't even probably be in 2040, but by gradually increasing the number of votes cast fro the independent party, the masses will begin to believe that the Repubs and Dems (and their wealthy supporters) aren't the only hope for the country. They will believe that the people, not business elites, rule the country. We know that a 3rd party CAN win. This is my dream.
So on November 4th, 2008 cast your vote for an independant candidate. It matters not who...a Libertarian, Green party, Constitutional Party, Ron Paul, Cheffie Chef or even yourself. Just make sure that your vote doesn't help the Republicans or Democrats. If you are still unconvinced and your mind is under the immense slap of "prevailing opinion" remember that you live in a non-swing state and your votes don't count anyway.
VOTE INDEPENDENT (or get a couple Chinese type 95s)
Thanks,
Ali R. Ebadi - Chef 4 Prez 2008
