Hi, we're back from a great week in Liverpool, where we played 3 gigs during the IPO festival. Here's some details:

May 21 2008:
Successful travel, made it to Liverpool in one piece(except for Atle's effect pedal case...).
Arrived at Nightingale Lodge, cheap & cheerful!
Had a sip of Famous Grouse, and went down to check out the venues.

May 22 2008:
Lazy morning with toast & weetabix. Hooked up with friends and relatives(thanks for the support!). Played the Cavern Pub at 5.15 PM. Although the sound was interesting, it earned us an extra slot at Lennon's Bar at 8.45pm the same night. The gig at Lennon's went well, and set us up nicely for tommorrow's gig at the Cavern club. Killed the Famous Grouse and passed out on our comfy bunk beds.

May 23 2008:
The big day! Had a full english at Lucy in the sky. Being the first band, we actually got a sound check at the Cavern Club. "You lucky bastards!", exclaimed Peter & the Penguins(Cheers, mates!). The set went really well, and we sold a bunch of records & t-shirts.


In August we're off to Los Angeles, where we plan to do several gigs. On August 6th we'll be playing the IPO festival, at Molly Malones at 9.30 PM.
