Dear friends,

We have really exciting developments taking place within TaoMountain that will contribute to our growth and depth as a community of practitioners, students, and teachers of Thai massage, Traditional Thai Medicine, and related healing arts.

This summer has seen the launch of two new ventures, the TaoMountain Store and the completely revamped TaoMountain Member's Area. We also have introduced a Lifetime Membership for an astonishingly low fee ($39.99) in order to build our new community platform. Please allow me to briefly introduce these new resources...

Also, we are really excited about some recent updates to our Members' Area (see http://www.taomountain.org/main/resources.html ). There are several new features here:

We have greatly expanded the online content, to the extent that we had to separate the Virtual Library and the Audio-Visual Library into different sections. The resources page has been cleaned up and organized. The articles and all the other material is still there, just organized under new links for different categories. Look for the NEW icon on all items added in the past 6-8 weeks.
We have introduced an entirely new (redesigned from the ground up) forum for our members, now available from the FORUM link, or bookmark it directly here: http://taomountain.ning.com. (Membership required).
This new forum has all kinds of additional functionality. In addition to multimedia like photos, videos, and audio, you can also design your own home page, "friend" people like on Facebook, and join individual special-interest groups (such as Theravada Buddhism Study Group, I Studied Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, and TaoMountain en Español). And, now you can maintain complete control over your membership experience.

Thai Massage Study Trip to Thailand!
(can you tell we're excited?)

We leave Oct. 23rd and return home on Nov. 13th.  It's going to be a fantastic trip studying Thai massage, taking a medicinal cooking class, visiting waterfalls, temples and markets, receiving massages, having grand adventures and culminating in the beautiful Loy Krathong festival the night before we leave for home.  I only take six students on this trip so you must register early to save your space.  Please note this is an advanced student trip and participants must have taken a level I Thai massage class already.  If you would like to know more, send me an e-mail to info@nagacenter.org
