so...this is our first blog. it seems a little silly in some ways, but we have an off day, i got my man's computer on, so why not.

crazy things happen on the road. wack promoters (check our homie raashan ahmad's blog for some insight on that), bad weather (holler at iowa), flat tires, high gas prices, and awful food.

but good things happen too. like getting to DJ last night. since our show in iowa city got canceled, we had nuthin to do in chicago. after a few frantic calls and some myspace blasts, my dude maker (from the group glue) hooked up a gig for me spinning with his dude m.t.m. it was a ton of fun (requests for "thriller" and all) and all possible through a dude i met once on tour in boise idaho. there are good folks in the world and traveling around and being at the mercy of the universe is a good reminder of that.

so big ups to maker, m.t.m., intel, trew, my dude jeff aka j-fee aka freedom aka clyde boogie for letting us take over his crib, the homies ben, thomas, marshall, evan, paige, coolzey, uncle herm, houseshoes, bru, kevin, maan's uncle mike for hooking up the tickets to the cubs (another crazy dope story), judson, and all others who made our trip to the chi real special (and we want you to know).
