Ingredients:  Bread, Kraft American Singles

Put a slice of cheese (or two) between two slices of bread. 

Butter stovetop griddle, or pan, lightly! Use medium-heat.

Place the Happy Sandwich to-be.

Grill and flip all the way to golden-brown Happy Sandwichness.
