Hi there Magic People Blog! How are you doing? Gosh, I haven't seen you since we came back from Europe last Spring!

I guess we've got a lot of catching up to do.

Europe is beautiful. Everyone there is just gorgeous! We had a smashing time tooting around the Continent in our yogurt van, and we met a lot of sweet people and played with a lot of sweet bands in a lot of sweet venues. I'd like to go into more detail than that, but my memory is foggy. I think Winston wrote some stuff down, so maybe he has a better idea. Gabi and Al took a lot of pictures which you can see here and here, respectively. Dave took pictures too, but his computer blew up and mangled his genitals. I don't know if John remembers leaving the house at all.

When we came back from Europe, we played a dynamite show with the Experimental Dental School, Made In Mexico, and B.E.A.R.D. This would be our last show with John drumming. I guess it's bad for his back or something, so he's standing up and jumping around a lot while he sings now. We've enlisted the charming and ferocious drumming of Michael Kanin into our franchise, and the six of us have cobbled a bunch of new songs together.

We're about to embark on a miniature US tour starting in New London, then waltzing through New York and finishing in Washington, DC. It's exciting to get back in the van again, for sure.

This autumn we're planning to get back in the recording booth, so stay tuned for more information about that.
