PLEASE NOTE:
The Camp Eureka, 100 Tarrango Rd. Yarra Junction, Victoria, Renaissance Festival 2009 site, may contain man-made and natural, unforseen obsticles and hazards which may cause harmful injuries and/or cause death.

The Management of Camp Eureka and Management of Renaissance Festival have done everything what is possible to forsee, eliminate and/or minimise the impact of those hazards. 

By entering the site the Ticket Holder takes a personal risk and agrees on taking their personal and their dependents' safety into their own hands. 

OTHER TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1.A change in personal circustances of the Ticket Holder does not entitle the return or exchange of the ticket.

2.Renaissance Festival Management reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary the advertised program and deny admission with reasonable cause.

3.Given the event takes place, there is generally no right to refund or exchange /this includes where adverse weather has induced the Ticket Holder to not attend.

4. In case of HIGH ALERT - Bush Fire Danger - days, the event can be postponed and conducted at later, suitable weather conditions, days /a notice to all Ticket Holder will be issued over Myspace, Facebook, Telephone and other available media at, at least
24 hours notice/.

5. No Alcohol nor Drugs dealing - the local Police has been advised to be on high alert in case such activities occur
