Next meeting - September 22nd at 1:00PM in the Urbana Free Library. I have reserved the bigger room. We only have it from 1-3 – no extra time. If you can – get there a few minutes early it would help. Time is short. Vonnie is planning on giving a presentation about creationism. If you would like to give a presentation or tell your story – just let me know.

Future meeting dates…Nov 4th at 1:00 (Urbana Free Library) I could only get the small room. So we may have a space issue. Does anyone know where we can meet for free?

December 9th at 1:00 (Urbana Free Library). We are booked in the big room. Maybe a xmas party? I have a nice video on the history of xmas from the history channel.

Community – Previously I was asking people to let me know if you would like to share your personal information. Thanks to Rob Dinsmore, we have a better way. CUFREE now has a MySpace and a Facebook page. You can get there from www.cufree.net or one of the links below.

This way I won't have to keep track of who is sharing info and who is not. Sign on and join one or both of the groups. You will be able to contact many of the members this way and other friends of CUFREE.

Membership – You are all welcome to come to meetings as guest for as long as you like. However, I would like to encourage everyone to become actual members. Click on the support link on the cufree site and pick the level that is right for you. Students are only $5 and regular membership is just $15. We also have several supporting members already.

FFRF – If anyone is going to the conference (Oct 12-14th) Let me know and we can plan to meet in Madison. Julia Sweeney will be selling her DVD there (on sale for the first time). Bring me $25 (estimated price) and I will pick you up a copy.
