Music is not about the music.
Music is about what the people playing it have experienced in the world and more over in their minds.
For me a new music has risen out of the ashes of the fires of my experience.
I call this music and its band Spirit Power.
It is a trance music experience truly.
A study in the eternal energy continuum...
Which is to say a study in and of the experience of playing music in the moment of joining the wave in the air that offers to carry you easily and naturally along the river of what you are creating, forever.
A dedication of self to the transcendental experience that music can bring.
Spirit Power will be playing every Thursday in the Lower East Side of New York City.

Also I feel it is important to note that Spirit Power will not be making any recordings.
Nothing against Pro Tools and Logic , its just that this music is about a live and authentic experience and it feels best to keep the full focus on that and not drift into things such as how the song might sound in the future to other people, or track listings and song titles, or other distractions from seeing the music as a living spirit.
Hence Spirit Power will not have a myspace page etc.
