On Monday, John, Nate, and myself recorded 5 tunes at Sonora Recorders in Atwater.  We bashed out the tunes straight to the 2" tape and finished surprisingly early.  We played each song 2-3 times and I took a few passes at the solo on the last song.  Each tune was played entirely as a band and as "hot" as possible.  I'm so excited to get the rest of the tunes recorded and fire up the machine.  Sharon and I are scouring and shaping the vocals and music and we'll record the vocals in the next few weeks.  I mean really, "can it get much hotter!?"
