Current mood:  loved
- I've been DJn since '96 (with the exception of the 2 yrs I took off because of a BAD relationship from '98-'00).   
- I've NEVER had or owned any DJing equipment (no turntables, speakers, etc.), BUT I do have a Pioneer DJM 500 mixer, which is always left at the radio station and has basically become the station's mixer, so the station owes me some $$$!!! lol (I STILL don't have any equipment...anyone wanna donate to the "DJ Lysa D. NEEDS EQUIPMENT FUND"???? hahaha
- I'm the "Barefoot DJ" - I ALWAAAAAYS take my shoes off when I'm DJn, sometimes when I'm hosting.  HELL, even when I'm on the air (I even got Ced Ceballos doin it during his morning show!!!) I could be wearing some cute stilettos, boots, whatever!!!  Those babies are coming off if it's time for me to mix!!! (Why? Because I'm more comfortable that way - it makes me feel "at ONE" with the turntables lol)
- I'm a silly & hopeless romantic...  ...
- I don't have any kids...never married (VERY picky!) lol
- I still get choked up when I DJ cuz it's a trip that I actually do this stuff for a living!!!!

hahaha believe it or not, i still don't... id DID have a Pioneer DJM 500 mixer the last few years i was on the station (that's what we used for the live mixes) but everyone that used it wasn't taking care of it and that used to upset me... so when i left the station, i sold it to a DJ that i knew could use it so i still have NO equipment... I just dont want to spend the money on it right now lol How are things with you?
