Great news to Northern Kings fans in the UK who are yet to get their hands on Reborn, as it is being released on Monday through Warner Music Entertainment.

Kerrang: 3/5 "makes Nightwish sound restrained and narrow of focus

Terrorizer: 9/10 "you'll be singing yourself hoarse and pumping your fist"

Classic Rock: 6/10 "maddest album of the year? No contest"

Power Play: 8/10 "this album is a lot of fun and it sounds amazing"

Great stuff.

It's a shame that Terrorizer and Power Play are the only ones with a clue. Kerrang are probably too busy promoting Slipknot and a bunch of emo-core bands to listen to decent music. :P

Screw Kerrang, they played We Don't Need Another Hero on their radio show as a joke of how covers shouldn't be done. Ha!!! What!?
Kerrang used to be all about everything Rock and Metal, now they aim at what ever is popular at the moment cause it'll get people to buy the terrible magazine every week.
For god sake, the radio station has an ex-Big Brother contestant as a host. What does Kate Lawler know of 'music with attitude'?
These guys are Northern Kings, not Kings of Leon! Nordsmen kick more arse than men from the North with all their beer swilling and crap accents.

Can't wait for a UK release so I can own a proper copy of the album, rather than the one a mate burned me from his imported copy.

I'm impressed Terrorizer rate it so highly. It's very true, though. They hit the nail on the head, as per usual.

Yeah I agree with what has been said, you might aswell forget about the ratings of Kerrang and Classic Rock, their opinions are not valid.

This is firstly because Classic Rock is far too specialized to be reviewing something like this anyway, e.g. they are too narrow minded to 'get it'.

Secondly, Kerrang is pretty much the biggest sellout of a magazine ever.
They turned their back on metal long ago in favour of pop-rock and mass markets and basically more of this: £££.

You have done an amazing job guys. We're all loving your music.

and Tony Kakko you are my absolute no.
1 idol :)

THANK YOU!!!
